Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis of performance data across multiple sources (IQVIA and Power BI) to generate actionable insights and recommendations
  • Own the delivery of internal performance reporting and KPI tracking, ensuring visibility of business performance against targets
  • Partner with Commercial, Contracts and Sales teams to provide ad hoc analysis that supports strategic and operational decision-making
  • Translate complex data into clear stories and recommendations to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Lead the development, implementation and governance of pricing guidelines across brands and SKUs, including regression analysis, pricing tool development, reimbursement benchmarking and competitor price monitoring
  • Develop pricing scenarios and models to evaluate opportunities, risks and commercial impact
  • Provide recommendations on pricing strategy to optimize revenue, profitability and market competitiveness
  • Support the Head of Revenue Growth Management in identifying opportunities to optimize trade investment and improve return on investment
  • Monitor and track trade investment performance, working closely with Finance to embed performance reviews within the business planning cycle
  • Maintain trade reporting, wholesale performance reporting, customer dashboards and monitoring tools, building performance trackers to evaluate customer investment effectiveness and UK product share of market

Requirements

  • Ability to support and contribute to mid- and long-term RGM and pricing strategies
  • Commercially minded, taking wider business impacts into account when making decisions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • High attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • A self starter who is passionate about finding growth opportunities, with a growth mindset and proactive approach
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and influence cross-functional teams
