Join McCurrach and represent one of the world's leading premium appliance brands.
McCurrach is looking for a Retail Trainer to join our Electrolux team, representing AEG across the East of England. This is an exciting opportunity to combine training, sales support, relationship building and brand advocacy while working with one of the most recognised names in home appliances.
Working primarily within retail partner stores, you'll deliver engaging product training, help retail colleagues and kitchen designers confidently recommend AEG products, and support customers in understanding the benefits of AEG's premium cooking, cooling and laundry solutions. Alongside delivering engaging training, you'll gather valuable retailer and shopper insights, identify opportunities within stores, monitor competitor activity and ensure AEG products are presented to a high standard. You may have experience in training, coaching, retail, field sales, product demonstrations or account management. Experience within domestic appliances, electrical retail, kitchen retail, FMCG or premium consumer brands would be beneficial, but just as important is the ability to communicate effectively, influence others and build confidence in products and solutions.
To succeed in this role, you'll be organised, self-motivated, commercially aware and comfortable managing your own territory. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the region are essential.

  • Continuous coaching, learning and development
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Progressive family-friendly working policies
  • 23 days annual leave plus public holidays
  • Annual leave purchase scheme
  • The opportunity to represent AEG, part of the Electrolux Group, a globally recognised premium brand
