Join Reed’s Marketing & Creative team in Reading, where you’ll have the opportunity to revive and rebuild a previously high-performing desk, backed by a hands-on, high-performing manager.

Your Role
Rebuild & Grow the Desk: Reignite a previously successful market through proactive business development
Business Development: Identify, approach, and win new clients while re-engaging lapsed relationships
Full 360 Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to placement
Candidate Sourcing: Headhunt and attract high-quality marketing & creative professionals
Relationship Management: Build trusted partnerships with clients and candidates
Collaborate: Work with your team to maximise opportunities across the wider business
Who We’re Looking For
Experienced recruiters (any sector welcome – commercial, Tech or professional services backgrounds ideal)
Strong B2B sales professionals with a passion for business development and growth
Confident, resilient communicators who enjoy winning new business
Self-motivated individuals who thrive when given ownership and autonomy
Team players who are eager to learn, share, and succeed together
An interest in Marketing & Creative markets is a plus
