Responsibilities

• Lead client accounts, ensuring delivery of strategic communications that meet client objectives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Oversee project delivery, quality assurance, and budget management
• Identify opportunities for account growth and innovation
• Mentor and develop account teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
• Leverage the agency’s international network to secure new opportunities and partnerships
• Ensure alignment with Talacom’s values in all client work

Requirements

• Experience managing client PR & Comms
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities
• Ability to lead and inspire teams
