Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience supporting the rollout of our social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms.
• Help ideate and develop creative concepts for organic social media content.
• Monitor social trends alongside PR, brand, and marketing news within the industry.
• Create and write our viral ‘PR Moments’ social posts.
• Learn how to build effective media lists for PR campaign pitching
• Write press releases for client campaigns
• Plan an outreach strategy and pitch stories to journalists
• Support with PR reporting and coverage tracking

Requirements

• Has excellent English written communication skills - as writing without AI support is a key part of this role.
• Is enthusiastic about learning and growing within PR and marketing.
• Is organised and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
• Is comfortable using tools like Google Sheets and social media platforms.
• Is comfortable with numbers and basic data analysis.
• Is creative and eager to contribute ideas for campaigns and content.
• Can be flexible and able to jump on varying support tasks.
• Isn’t afraid to ask questions and use their unique voice to contribute their ideas.
• Has access to the basic tech required for a remote contractor role, including strong Wi-Fi, a laptop, and a mobile device.
• This is an entry-level role, so no prior professional experience is required.
