Job Summary

Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube and emerging channels with cross-market accountability, platform partnerships, creative integration, and a focus on measurement maturity and team development.

  • Lead AI-driven media and creative operating model
  • Own end-to-end paid journey and cross-functional bets

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive Wild's paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube and emerging channels across the UK, US, DACH and France. Accountable for blended CAC, performance ROAS, payback and revenue targets at function level.
  • Hold meaningful ownership of the relationships with platform partners (Meta, TikTok, Google) as the senior operational point of contact. Hold the bar on account structure, testing rigour and platform excellence, and be the go-to expert internally when platform depth is needed.
  • Partner closely with the ecommerce team to connect the paid journey end-to-end. Drive the roadmap for bespoke landing pages by campaign, market and persona, and use ad-to-page relevancy as a core lever for improving CVR, CAC and creative performance.
  • Lead the creative operating model for performance. Architect how Wild produces, tests and scales high-performing content across markets through the UGC pod, and hold the bar on hit rate, TSR and creative-driven CAC.
  • Fuse media buying and creative into one connected engine. Establish the operating rhythm between the two teams, so creative is briefed with targeting intent and media is bought with the right creative pipeline behind it.
  • Champion an AI-first operating model across media buying and creative. Set the long-term vision for where AI sits, hold the bar on adoption, and remove blockers so the team can move faster than any comparable team in the market.
  • Build measurement maturity. Own the practical roadmap for incrementality testing, attribution and reporting, and translate what you learn into how we invest across channels.
  • Sit between the immediate quarter and the long-term direction of Wild's acquisition strategy. Increasingly spend time on cross-functional bets that compound (creative production model, attribution maturity, new market entry) rather than day-to-day optimisation.
  • Lead and develop your team across media buyers and the UGC pod, spanning Senior Manager to Executive level across four markets. Grow the next generation of talent beneath you.

Requirements

  • Obsessed with performance marketing. You genuinely love this craft. You follow the platforms, test things in your own time, have opinions on what's changing in the industry, and get energised by the problem of turning £1 of spend into more than £1 back.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise across Meta, TikTok and Google, with a clear point of view on where each platform is heading. You are still genuinely in the platforms. If a team member came to you with a campaign that wasn't spending, you'd know exactly what to troubleshoot.
  • You have scaled significant paid budgets and know what breaks when the number gets bigger.
  • Commercially sharp. You connect paid decisions to LTV, retention and unit economics, not just channel-level ROAS.
  • Comfortable owning creative alongside media. You have led or worked closely with a content or UGC function, understand what makes performance creative work, and can raise the bar without doing the work yourself.
  • Rigorous on measurement. You have run incrementality testing (geo, in-platform lift or similar) and understand the trade-offs between different measurement approaches.
  • AI-forward. AI is embedded in how you work and how you run a team, not a bolt-on. You have views on where it sits in the media buying and creative operating model over the next two to three years.
  • Experience in fast-growth consumer brands. Comfortable with pace, ambiguity and shipping before things are perfect.
  • An excellent people leader with a track record of building, developing and retaining high-performing teams.
