Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day affiliate relationships, onboarding new partners, supporting commercial negotiations and optimising existing partnerships to improve quality, performance and ROI.
  • Running and optimising PPC campaigns across Google and other paid media channels, monitoring spend and performance to ensure campaigns deliver against acquisition targets.
  • Monitoring performance and reporting on key KPIs, using data and insights to identify trends, improve efficiency and highlight opportunities for growth.
  • Working closely with Compliance to ensure all affiliate, PPC and wider marketing activity meets UKGC, ASA and CAP requirements.
  • Supporting the delivery of acquisition campaigns, coordinating activity across channels and helping ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and in line with agreed objectives.
  • Collaborating with CRM, Organic, Brand and Product teams to align campaigns and messaging, share insights and maximise the overall impact of acquisition activity.
  • Keeping up to date with channel performance and industry developments, identifying new opportunities to improve acquisition, efficiency and customer value.

Requirements

  • Experience in affiliate, PPC or performance marketing, with a genuine interest in digital acquisition. Industry experience would be a plus, but isn’t essential.
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics, with the ability to analyse results, identify trends and use insights to make informed decisions and improve campaign performance.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, partners and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with key performance marketing tools, including Google Ads, affiliate platforms and tracking or attribution tools. A willingness to learn new systems is equally important.
  • An understanding of UK gambling advertising regulations, including UKGC and ASA requirements, or a willingness to develop this knowledge quickly.
  • Commercially minded and proactive, with the confidence to spot opportunities, ask questions and contribute ideas to improve acquisition performance.
  • A collaborative approach, comfortable working with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns and achieve shared objectives.
  • Based in or able to commute to Cardiff a minimum of 4 days per week, with flexibility to work collaboratively with the wider Marketing Team.
