Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Learn how to build, launch and monitor paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and other channels.
  • Support campaign performance and make day-to-day optimisations against agreed targets.
  • Analyse performance data to spot trends, problems and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support campaign testing across audiences, creatives, landing pages and campaign settings.
  • Track campaign spend and support budget management and forecasting.
  • Turn campaign data and test results into clear learnings and recommendations.
  • Write and adapt ad copy and messaging across multiple channels.
  • Work closely with Creative, Product, Content and Data teams to improve campaign performance.
  • Build your knowledge of performance marketing through hands-on experience, coaching and experimentation.
  • Explore how AI, automation and new technology can help us work smarter and improve performance.

Requirements

  • Highly analytical and excited by using data to understand problems and make decisions.
  • Hungry for ownership and keen to take on meaningful responsibility early in your career.
  • A quick learner who enjoys getting to grips with unfamiliar topics, tools and challenges.
  • Curious and experimental, always asking questions and looking for ways to improve.
  • Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage different tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, taking pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Commercially curious and interested in understanding how marketing activity drives measurable growth.
  • Collaborative and clear when communicating with others.
