Own and coordinate social content across multiple brands, balancing content creation, scheduling, CRM data hygiene, and outreach, while keeping campaigns aligned with ad spend and executive support.

• Social Content & Scheduling: plan, design, and publish across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• CRM & Email Outreach: maintain CRM data, execute cold emails and newsletters, and track engagement
• Advertising & Reporting: manage Facebook campaigns and prepare simple monthly performance reports

• Create and schedule engaging social media content across multiple business profiles.
• Produce and implement monthly content plans across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Design posts, reels, and graphics using Canva Pro.
• Manage and maintain CRM data (Go High Level experience preferred).
• Prepare and send cold outreach emails, newsletters, and follow-up campaigns.
• Manage and optimise Facebook ad campaigns.
• Support the Managing Director with LinkedIn content and profile updates.
• Maintain databases, track performance, and prepare simple monthly reports.

• 2+ years’ experience in social media, digital marketing, or CRM coordination.
• Strong working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Experience with Go High Level or similar CRM tools (desirable).
• Confident using Canva Pro for content creation.
• Excellent written English and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently across multiple brands and projects.
• UK-based and able to attend a monthly meeting in Bolton.
