Responsibilities

• Social Media Management
• Plan, schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite, ensuring regular and consistent posting across Facebook and Instagram.
• Monitor campaign performance, audience insights and engagement through Meta Business Suite and recommend improvements.
• Create engaging daily content that promotes our products, brands, offers and business capabilities.
• Develop product videos, photographs, reels, customer stories and behind-the-scenes content.
• Build campaigns targeted at builders' merchants, contractors, facilities managers, councils, manufacturers, farmers, engineering companies and other key industries.
• Respond professionally to online comments, messages and sales enquiries.
• Monitor social media trends and identify new opportunities to grow engagement and reach.
• Website and E-Commerce Growth
• Manage and continually improve the Safety Solutions WordPress website.

Requirements

• Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Experience using Meta Business Suite to schedule content, manage social media accounts and analyse campaign performance.
• Experience using Canva to create professional graphics, marketing material and social media content.
• Experience managing and updating WordPress websites, including products, pages and promotional content.
• Experience creating videos, graphics and promotional content.
• An understanding of website management and online product listings.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage several campaigns and priorities at the same time.
• A commercial mindset with a clear understanding that marketing activity must help generate enquiries and sales.

Preferred

• An interest in workwear, construction, manufacturing, safety products or business-to-business marketing would be an advantage.
• Experience with video-editing software, email marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, paid social advertising and e-commerce platforms would also be beneficial.
