Job Summary

Own paid media performance end to end, turning multi-channel spend into measurable growth with data-driven optimization.

  • Growth Engine Ownership: plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok to hit ROAS and CAC targets.
  • Audience & Creative Alignment: research audiences, test creatives, and collaborate with creative/web teams to improve landing pages and ad experience.
  • Measurement & Reporting: track CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders and informing budget decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor performance daily and optimize budgets, bidding, targeting, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Track metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and CAC.
  • Create detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to craft effective ad creatives and landing page experiences.
  • Manage advertising budgets to achieve goals and maximize ROI.
  • Implement and maintain tracking systems using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other platforms.
  • Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other digital marketing certifications.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and attribution modeling.
  • Experience working in an agency or high-growth business environment.
