Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role within the EMEA Paid Media team, supporting the delivery and operational excellence of paid media campaigns within marketing and our cross function colleagues
  • Can work autonomously, as well as collaboratively with teams across all levels. Support the development and continuous improvement of campaign operations processes, tools and workflows
  • Support your managers to continually review & suggest changes to tactics based on current performance and impact on campaign goals & OKRs. Act as a point of escalation and manage dynamic situations including campaign operation changes.
  • Increase knowledge of different paid media functions in the team, providing market context and contributing to ‘what’s next’.Help develop the paid media department by being innovative and sharing knowledge and processes.
  • Foster relationships with external suppliers from a strategic & project point of view.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align campaign execution with the overarching paid media strategy
  • Execute local media planning in alignment with global/local guidances. Secure media channels in collaboration with external agencies/partners, ensuring all marketing activations are relatable to targeted audiences and contribute to build brand trust
  • Work closely with agency accounts managers, ensure that campaign ideas, strategies and objectives are converted into tangible tasks. Liaise with local and global peers to share and implement planning principles

Requirements

  • Significant working experience in media planning and buying both offline and online, familiar with local context and trends of media, including but not limited to TV, radio, magazines, and social media.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Good business/data analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in marketing, advertising, technology and/or media related study.
  • Working experience in agency and/or client-side preferred.
  • Experience in campaign operations, media implementation or performance optimization roles preferred.
  • Intellectual curiosity and ready to learn new skills and knowledge.
  • Global mindset and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Be willing to roll up your sleeves, be resourceful and help the team build from the ground up.
