Job Summary

Own end-to-end paid media campaigns for DTC brands across Google, Meta and TikTok, collaborating with founders and in-house teams to plan, execute, optimize and report results. Lead rapid testing and scaling while keeping a strategic view.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch paid campaigns for DTC brands, mostly across Google, Meta and TikTok
  • Own the campaign end to end: setup, monitoring, optimising and reporting straight back to the client, not just launching it and moving on.
  • Working directly with founders, sometimes alongside their in-house marketing team, sometimes as their only marketing person.
  • You\'ll balance strategic thinking with proper execution. This isn\'t a decks-only role, you\'ll actually be the one getting it done.
  • You\'ll move at pace without losing sight of the bigger picture, so the day-to-day work still adds up to something.

Requirements

  • You\'ve had some exposure to paid. Agency junior, in-house, part of a wider marketing team, wherever, you just need to have touched it.
  • You\'re genuinely into D2C brands, not just marketing in general.
  • You understand how Google and Meta actually work today, not how they worked three years ago.
  • You follow startup marketing because you want to, not because someone told you to.

Preferred

  • Bonus points if you\'ve got hands-on time in both Google and Meta, but one channel is enough to get you in the room.

Benefits

  • An opportunity to work with some of the coolest challenger brands in the market, and help shape one of the fastest-growing agencies
  • This a roaming role meaning you will work remotely most of the time with the expectation that you will be in London twice a month
  • Competitive salary package, with holiday and benefits that include a working-from-home allowance, personal development support, enhanced parental leave, and unlimited coaching sessions.
  • An opportunity to grow your expertise working with some of the brightest talent in the brand growth and marketing space and driven by shared purpose and success.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Monthly working-from-home allowance to be spent on coffee or co-working
  • Birthday off
  • Enhanced paternity/maternity leave & pay
  • Unlimited coaching with MoreHappi
  • Full Up World Membership
