Refining video edits where required to achieve a premium finish.
Implementing AI tools and improving workflows to increase efficiency across the content department.
Keeping campaigns organised, on schedule and moving forward.

Requirements

5+ years' experience creating content for a premium beauty, fashion, hair or luxury brand.
Proven experience planning and directing professional content shoots.
An exceptional eye for premium content, styling, composition and visual storytelling.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong experience using Final Cut Pro, CapCut and Canva.
Experience refining video edits to a premium standard.
Strong copywriting skills across Instagram, TikTok, email marketing, website content and blogs.
Experience managing UGC creators from outreach through to final approval.
Confident using AI tools to improve planning, creativity and workflow efficiency.
A natural leader who enjoys taking ownership, giving feedback and raising the standard of those around them.

Preferred

Experience within the hair industry would be an advantage.
