Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of NCP's marketing and branding strategies.
  • Coordinate national and local marketing activity to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Support the promotion of NCP products and services, including the NCP App and Season Tickets.
  • Coordinate car park signage and promotional materials across the NCP estate, ensuring assets are delivered where and when they're needed.
  • Support CRM and campaign management, working with external agencies and partners to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Help develop and deliver marketing and advertising campaigns, working collaboratively with Marketing, Commercial and wider business teams.
  • Build presentation materials and campaign assets to support marketing initiatives and partnerships.
  • Prepare marketing reports by collating, analysing and summarising sales and promotional data.
  • Manage the ordering of promotional and signage materials, working closely with the internal designer and monitoring stock levels.
  • Monitor marketing budgets, analysing performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and deliver savings.

Requirements

  • Have at least 1-2 year's marketing experience, ideally across both traditional and digital channels.
  • Be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Have strong copywriting and communication skills, with an eye for engaging content.
  • Have experience or knowledge of social media marketing, including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
  • Have strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence producing professional presentations and reports.
  • Have good data analysis and insight skills, with the ability to understand customer behaviour and campaign performance.
  • Have a commercial mindset and be comfortable making decisions with financial implications in mind.
  • Be confident building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be creative and enjoy developing campaigns and ideas from the ground up.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with colleagues across the business.

Preferred

  • Experience in the parking, transport, mobility, retail, facilities management or similar sectors would be advantageous, although it isn't essential.
  • Previous design experience and experience working with external agencies or commercial partners would also be beneficial.
