Job Summary

Own the motion design and post-production workflow for AVK, delivering broadcast-quality video, scalable animation templates, and 3D product visuals while ensuring brand consistency across campaigns, launches, events, and internal comms.

Motion design and post-production: edit and produce high-quality video across campaigns, launches, events, and internal comms.
Template-driven output: build reusable animation templates and workflows to scale content production.
3D visualization and storytelling: develop 3D product animations for technical and marketing collateral.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Edit and produce high-quality video content for campaigns, product launches, events, and internal communications.
Create motion graphics and animations that bring AVK's products and brand story to life.
Repurpose and cut down campaign assets for social, digital, and event channels - ensuring each format lands with impact.
Build and maintain a library of reusable animation templates and production workflows to support scalable content output.
Develop 3D product animations and visualisations for technical storytelling and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with the wider Marketing team and stakeholders across the business to deliver consistent, on-brand visual work.
Use Adobe Creative Suite and relevant post-production tools to deliver polished, broadcast-quality outputs.

Requirements

Proven experience in motion design, post-production, or a closely related creative discipline
Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and the wider Creative Suite
A portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and video editing work across multiple formats
Experience creating reusable templates and assets that enable efficient, high-volume content production
Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of brand consistency
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to deadline in a fast-paced environment
