Responsibilities

• Creating engaging content for our social media, website and other marketing channels
• Supporting marketing campaigns, recruitment advertising and employer branding
• Promoting our care homes, services, events and achievements
• Building positive relationships with local communities, schools, colleges, media and other organisations
• Supporting recruitment campaigns, candidate sourcing and initial screening
• Representing Cornwallis Care at recruitment fairs, community events and open days
• Identifying opportunities to share positive stories from across our care homes
• Monitoring marketing and recruitment activity and helping us continually improve

Requirements

• Degree, qualification, or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience within marketing, communications, recruitment, public relations, or a similar role.
• Strong experience using social media and digital marketing tools.
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel throughout Cornwall.

Preferred

• Experience within the health and social care sector.
• Knowledge of CQC standards and care sector regulations.
• Experience using CRM systems, recruitment software, and marketing analytics tools.
• Understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing
