Responsibilities

• Create short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Film with our team - engineers, office, installs, customers
• Edit high-quality videos with captions, graphics & thumbnails
• Capture photos for marketing, landing pages & ads
• Help build our new YouTube series & campaigns
• Track performance and generate fresh content ideas
• Bring energy, creativity and personality into the brand
• Join our team on installs, repairs & community content shoots
• Write simple captions, scripts and hooks for social posts

Requirements

• Strong videography + editing skills
• Experience making short-form social content
• Confident behind the camera and able to direct people
• Creative thinker who loves coming up with ideas
• A natural storyteller with attention to detail
• Someone hungry to grow, learn and be part of something big
• Must be comfortable filming in homes, offices and on the road
• Clean driving licence preferred
• You don’t need 10 years’ experience. You DO need talent, drive and ambition.
