Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Coordinate and follow up on supplier marketing activities, ensuring agreed campaigns and deliverables are implemented effectively.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, creative assets and deliverables with internal teams and external agencies.
- Help maintain consistent brand messaging, tone of voice and visual identity across marketing activities and customer touchpoints.
- Support marketing activities for store openings, product launches, seasonal campaigns and other key business initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, customer and audience insights, competitor activity and relevant market trends, sharing recommendations with the wider team.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, agencies and other external partners to ensure marketing activities are delivered accurately and on time.
- Support wider marketing projects and initiatives as the UK marketing organisation continues to grow, including social media, media, PR and partnerships.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within retail, consumer goods or another fast-paced consumer environment.
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and working with agencies, suppliers or other external partners.
- Exposure to a mix of marketing disciplines such as campaigns, media, social media, PR, partnerships or supplier marketing.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A commercial mindset with an interest in understanding campaign performance and customer behaviour.
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a growing and evolving organisation.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with a strong understanding of tone of voice, copy and communication for UK consumer audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
