Job Summary

Own and streamline marketing, sales and operations support within the new tech stack; manage day-to-day operations and build and operate AI agents across marketing, CRM and AI tooling.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional activities across the marketing, sales, and operations domains
Utilize AI tooling to automate routine tasks and improve process efficiency

Requirements

Experience in an administrative, marketing, sales or operations support role
Familiarity with marketing or CRM tools such as HubSpot
Experience using AI tools
