  • Growth & Campaign Execution: plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns aligned with manufacturer programmes and commercial goals.
  • Channel & CRM Optimization: identify growth opportunities across digital, CRM, local marketing, and partnerships to boost lead flow and retention.
  • Performance and Ops: monitor campaigns, optimise for ROI, manage budgets, and drive a high-performance, data-driven culture across sales and aftersales.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across all Group franchises.
  • Plan and manage quarterly marketing activity aligned with manufacturer programmes and commercial objectives.
  • Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that are on time, on budget and fully brand compliant.
  • Identify and implement growth opportunities across digital marketing, CRM, local marketing initiatives and partnerships.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, continuously optimising for lead generation and ROI.
  • Manage marketing budgets to maximise efficiency and commercial impact.
  • Lead, develop and support the marketing team, fostering a high-performance and data-driven culture.
  • Improve marketing processes, tools and automation to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Build strong working relationships with sales, aftersales and wider business teams.
  • Ensure marketing activity supports the Group's broader strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven marketing leadership experience, ideally within a multi-brand environment.
  • Strong understanding of dealership marketing, lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Experience working with manufacturer marketing programmes and brand standards.
  • Expertise in SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), including AI-driven marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to performance measurement and optimisation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience delivering customer events and retention campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
