Job Summary
Own end-to-end event, webinar, and regional field marketing initiatives, shaping plans, vendor management, and ROI reporting across Europe to drive brand, demand, and pipeline impact.
- Event & Webinar Execution: plan goals, logistics, budgets, and post-event results across cross-functional teams.
- Brand Alignment & Campaign Enablement: partner with design and sales to ensure on-brand messaging and reliable lead generation.
Job Description
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop and implement Notifiedās Event, Webinar and Digital marketing plan
- Plan, organize, and execute events and webinars, including identifying goals, coordinating logistics, working with cross-functional and external teams, managing budgets, and reporting
- Manage the execution of industry tradeshows and Notified signature events, including identifying key events, managing event vendors, assisting with booth selection, installation and reconfiguration, compiling cost estimates, coordinating with internal teams supporting the event, maintaining pre- and post-show communication, and creating reports to track actual expenditures, etc. ensuring cost effectiveness and timelines are met
- Support the execution of regional marketing campaigns by coordinating content, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with local sales teams to drive lead generation and brand awareness
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with various company vendors to ensure order specifications are correct and timelines are met
- Following internal processes when executing event marketing strategy
- Work with the design team to ensure event graphics and messaging accurately and creatively represent the Notified brand
- Analyze, track, and report on event and campaign ROI based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics using CRM and other marketing tools
- Stay up to date with the latest event marketing trends, technologies, and strategies
