Responsibilities

• Social media management — running AMG's social channels day to day: planning content calendars, posting, engaging with our audience, and growing our following
• Content creation — producing engaging written and visual content that showcases our people, our care, and our brand
• Marketing campaigns — planning and delivering campaigns that support recruitment, brand awareness, and business growth
• Branch support — working closely with our branch teams across the Midlands and North Wales to capture stories, promote local activity, and support their marketing needs

Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing role covering social media, content, and campaign delivery
• Confident creating video content — filming, editing, and publishing
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for design and detail
• Self-starter who can manage their own workload and deliver at pace
• Comfortable travelling to our branches when needed to capture content and support local teams

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, care, or recruitment marketing is an advantage but not essential
