Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure effective marketing and communications activity.
  • Coordinate the execution of marketing and communications campaigns.
  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various channels, ensuring consistent tone of voice and brand identity.
  • Design and edit short-form videos for social media, health guidance, and service promotion.
  • Plan, deliver, and report on engaging social media content in line with marketing and brand strategies.
  • Maintain brand continuity across all Health Partners Group branding and materials.
  • Support the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing and Communications in executing the overall marketing strategy.
  • Develop and deliver marketing plans for specific services or projects as required.
  • Promote regular webinar series and other key events throughout the year.
  • Assist with lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.

Requirements

  • A degree in a relevant subject.
  • 3–4 years' experience in marketing and/or communications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for design.
  • A passion for creating effective communications and delivering marketing results.
  • Proficient IT skills, with strong experience using MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Proven experience in writing content, such as blog posts, web content, and information guides.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and lead external agencies where appropriate to manage events, presentations, promotional materials, and online activities.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation and the ability to tailor content to specific audiences and channels.

Preferred

  • Experience in both multi-channel marketing and communications.
  • Experience organising and delivering events.
  • Healthcare-related experience (desirable, not essential).
  • Confidence in using Adobe Creative Cloud programmes, particularly InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge and experience of using Canva.
