Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging organic social and content activity across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Lead monthly content planning across all relevant channels, ensuring activity aligns with wider brand and marketing priorities.
  • Develop and manage influencer, creator and brand partnership activity , from identifying opportunities and outreach through to content development, execution and measurement.
  • Support wider integrated marketing campaigns , working across brand, content, PR, events and partnerships.
  • Collaborate on photo and video shoots, helping develop creative concepts, content hooks and storytelling in partnership with the wider brand team, photographers and videographers.
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement and social listening, ensuring the brand remains relevant and connected to its audience.
  • Identify emerging cultural, food and social trends and turn relevant opportunities into creative activity for the brand.
  • Produce weekly marketing performance updates and more detailed monthly reporting, using insight to identify learnings and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external creative partners to deliver high-quality marketing activity.
  • Support the wider marketing team across projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years’ marketing experience , ideally within food, hospitality, FMCG/CPG or another high-growth consumer brand.
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing, content and social media , with the ability to work across the wider marketing mix.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • A highly creative mindset with a strong understanding of what makes content engaging and culturally relevant.
  • Experience working with influencers, creators and/or brand partnerships is highly desirable.
  • A strong network across the food, lifestyle, creator or influencer space would be advantageous.
  • Comfortable using data and performance metrics to understand what is working and identify opportunities to improve.
  • Highly organised, with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally and building strong relationships.
  • Passionate about food, hospitality, culture and exceptional brands.

Preferred

  • Experience working with influencers, creators and/or brand partnerships is highly desirable.
  • A strong network across the food, lifestyle, creator or influencer space would be advantageous.
