End-to-end BD support, follow-ups, and priority tracking.
Brand materials, moodboards, decks, and outbound documentation ownership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and manage prospect research, lead lists, and multi-step outreach campaigns
Drive business development support and follow-up coordination end to end
Own marketing materials, references, and outbound documentation
Lead creative research, visual references, moodboards, and decks
Support brand, content, and presentation work across active initiatives
Maintain internal creative assets and file systems
Manage day-to-day operational and administrative workflows
Track follow-ups, internal priorities, and project action items to completion
Organize documents, links, notes, and key business information
Provide flexible support across marketing, creative, and operations

Requirements

Based in London, UK
Able to work hybrid (on-site as needed)
2+ years in marketing, operations, studio coordination, or a comparable role
Strong interest in fashion, beauty, photography, branding, and creative business
Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and visual sensibility
Reliable, proactive, and self-directed
Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented

Preferred

Experience with creative studios, marketing workflows, or brand support
Familiarity with outbound tools (Apollo, Mailchimp) or project management systems (Linear)
Interest in luxury fashion, beauty, and visual culture
