Job Summary

Own and evolve the end-to-end video production workflow for client brands, from planning and shooting to editing and delivery, while progressing into broader media program responsibilities.

  • Own the video production lifecycle from brief to delivery
  • Learn and apply brand guidelines across client accounts

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Film video content for client brands using provided camera equipment, following shot lists and direction
  • Edit footage into finished content following brand guidelines and precise instructions
  • Help plan and organize shoots: locations, timing, equipment
  • Take feedback and revisions on the chin and turn them around quickly
  • Support day-to-day content and marketing tasks across client accounts
  • Bring your own ideas to the table once you've got the fundamentals down
  • Take part in structured in-house training covering marketing fundamentals, content strategy, and real client work
  • Grow into more responsibility across the media programme as your skills develop

Requirements

  • Has held a job before, in any field. We care that you've shown up, taken instruction, and been reliable, not that it was marketing-related
  • Some interest in or exposure to using a camera. You don't need to be skilled yet, just genuinely want to get good at it
  • Has created something before, in any form: a video, a photo series, a design, a piece of writing, a social page you've grown, a personal project. Anything that shows you make things rather than just consume them
  • Can follow detailed instructions precisely, especially when editing to a brief
  • Reliable and punctual. Shoots don't wait
  • Comfortable picking up new software and tools
  • Solid communication skills
  • Genuinely coachable. Wants to be pushed and improved, not just left to it

Benefits

  • Employee mentoring programme
