Job Description

Responsibilities

  • This full-time role will lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of LRCFA's integrated marketing and communications strategy, supporting organisational priorities and The FA's Grassroots Football Strategy.
  • The role will enhance the profile, reputation and visibility of Leicestershire & Rutland County FA through innovative marketing campaigns, digital communications and public relations activity.
  • The successful candidate will drive audience growth, engagement and participation across football, while ensuring the County FA brand is consistently represented across all communications.
  • Working across multiple departments, the role will lead on website management, social media, email marketing, public relations, content creation and event promotion.
  • The role will also support LRCFA's commercial objectives by maximising sponsorship value, commercial partnerships and revenue-generating opportunities through effective marketing activation.
