Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day press office activity and media enquiries across the hotel and restaurants.
• Develop proactive media strategies aligned to commercial priorities across Rooms, F&B, Wellness and partnerships.
• Build relationships with journalists, editors, broadcasters, influencers and key opinion leaders across luxury, travel, lifestyle and F&B.
• Coordinate press visits, interviews, photoshoots, media hosting and influencer stays.
• Develop integrated PR and communications plans for campaigns, partnerships, launches and seasonal activations.

Requirements

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and have a strong copywriting, editorial and storytelling capability
• Proven experience within luxury hospitality, luxury travel, lifestyle or in luxury PR/Communications environments
• Experience in producing campaign reporting, media analysis and communications summaries
