Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create, edit and proofread marketing content including website copy, email campaigns, newsletters, social media posts, editorials, case studies and other promotional materials.
• Create, schedule and report on email campaigns, along with automation tools
• Support with exhibitions and events during the planning, implementation (build & event days) and review
• Lead social media creative content, promotional calendars and audience engagement activities.
• Create, manage and update website content to ensure information is accurate, relevant and aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain the company Intranet
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reports and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Work collaboratively with sales, product, customer service and other departments to ensure consistent messaging.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a marketing, communications or digital marketing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong copywriting, proofreading and editing abilities.
• Experience managing social media platforms
• Experience managing Email campaign platforms
• Fantastic organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive, creative and positive approach to work.

Preferred

• Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Experience with CRM, email marketing and content management systems.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and digital marketing metrics.
• Graphic design or video editing experience.
