Job Summary
Coordinate internal and external communications to support multi‑platform campaigns, maintain the brand, and produce engaging content across channels from intranet to social, while partnering with internal teams and external partners.
- Own content creation and publishing across intranet, website, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Drive social content and visual storytelling, aligning with brand guidelines and video/storyboarding with partners.
- Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration and external partnerships to ensure consistent messaging and impact.

Responsibilities
- Collaborating with internal colleagues and divisions, and external partners to lead, guide and support communication activities – from one-off activities to multi-platform campaigns
- Intranet and website content publishing and development
- Copywriting for intranet, website, e-newsletter, direct mail, magazine, promotional collateral, advertising
- Creating engaging content for social media platforms
- Managing and developing our visual brand
- Storyboarding operational and promotional videos in tandem with external partners
- Photographing personnel, events and project locations
