Job Description

Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the Head of Service and Engagement and Partnership Lead, develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the service’s objectives and target audience; to help ensure the service hits their respective annual targets.
  • Develop and maintain a marketing calendar to co-ordinate campaigns and activities.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and optimise the service’s website and social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) to increase engagement and reach.
  • Develop and create engaging content, including social media posts, lead generation adverts, website copy, newsletters, blog articles, videos and infographics.
  • Monitor and analyse website and social media analytics to track performance and identify areas of improvement.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Manage the production of marketing assets, including leaflets, posters and digital resources.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and challenges.
  • Working closely with the delivery team to ensure alignment between marketing and service delivery.
