• Support the preparation and delivery of live marketing campaigns.
• Communicate brand messages clearly and professionally.
• Help increase brand awareness among target audiences.
• Engage directly with customers and understand their interests.
• Observe customer reactions and gather useful feedback.
• Support customer acquisition by introducing products or services to potential customers.
• Learn how different communication approaches influence campaign results.
• Work with colleagues to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.

• A marketing degree or previous marketing experience is not essential. Experience in retail, hospitality, events, promotions, volunteering or other customer facing environments can be useful.
