Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging marketing and social media content in English and Turkish.
- Support marketing campaigns targeting Turkish-speaking audiences.
- Research market trends and identify new marketing opportunities within Turkish-speaking communities.
- Manage social media platforms and assist with digital marketing activities.
- Create and adapt marketing content for different social media platforms.
- Prepare basic reports, presentations and marketing materials using Microsoft Office.
- Support the marketing team with ongoing projects and day-to-day activities.
- Communicate with Turkish-speaking clients, partners and audiences where appropriate.
- Help promote SWM Solicitors and its range of legal services across relevant platforms.
Requirements
- Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
- Interest in, or previous experience with, marketing, social media or content creation.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Creative, proactive and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Preferred
- Experience with Canva, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or other social media platforms is desirable.
- An understanding of Turkish-speaking communities and digital marketing trends is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a marketing role is desirable but not essential.
