Job Summary

Own foundational marketing operations and content support in a junior role, focusing on email campaigns, CMS updates, asset creation, and presentation prep to learn the ropes fast.

  • Email & assets: Build and send campaigns, manage lists, and report basic results while collaborating on co-branded collateral.
  • Content & design: Support social assets, one-pagers, and sales decks with a polished, on-brand look.
  • Web and workflows: Update pages in the CMS, keep site content accurate, and help set up simple marketing automations and presentations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build, schedule, and send promotional email campaigns, including managing email lists and reporting on basic performance metrics.
  • Create co-branded collateral for partners using existing templates, ensuring everything aligns with our brand guidelines.
  • Provide light-touch design support for social assets, one-pagers, and sales decks – you should have a good eye for what looks polished and professional.
  • Set up and update webpages using our content management system.
  • Assist in setting up marketing workflows and automations, such as lead nurturing sequences.
  • Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
  • Support the team by building and formatting high-quality presentations in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative marketing tasks to keep the team running smoothly – from organising files to helping out at events.

Requirements

  • No prior marketing experience needed – this role is open to graduates and first-jobbers.
  • Basic familiarity with design tools like Canva is a plus (Adobe Creative Suite or Figma are not required but welcome).
  • Comfortable using a CMS (like WordPress or Webflow) for basic page updates – or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides – you know how to make a presentation look clean and professional.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for marketing and a hunger to develop your skills in a real-world environment.

Preferred
