Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day delivery of marketing communications, copywriting, content creation, marketing operations, and event co-ordination.
• Ensure that all interactions with prospective and current families are engaging, professional, and reflective of the school’s culture, values, and ambitions.
• Work collaboratively on a range of administrative tasks with colleagues in the busy Front Office.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable about social media, with experience/strong interest in content creation
• Flexible, proactive, a quick learner, and have very strong attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable using design software such as Adobe InDesign and Canva
• Experience of using databases such as iSAMS would be advantageous
• A calm team player who prioritises effectively and has a genuine passion for marketing
• A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Willing to undergo child protection screening, including reference checks with previous employers and an enhanced DBS check
