Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the growth metrics and weekly business reviews - track KPIs, spotlight drivers, and run the weekly update with the Head of Growth.
Evolve our Customer 360 with Data Science - expand and enrich data features to sharpen our understanding of customers.
Build customer intelligence models with Data Science - e.g., GP prediction, reward intent - that inform prioritization and go-to-market.
Lead customer segmentation and ICP models with Data Science.
Translate deep-dive analytics into growth plays - funnel, cohorts, retention, LTV/CAC, with clear recommendations and measurable outcomes.
