Job Summary

You will own the day-to-day support and logistics for PR operations at film events, handling press RSVPs, reports, and on-site tasks while learning the film industry and media landscape.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Fine-tune the basics of coverage reporting and associated media monitoring tasks
  • Become comfortable performing administrative tasks and aid in general office support
  • Understand PR communications on a global level
  • Experience day-to-day operations of a public relations agency, providing on-the-ground support as required
  • Involvement in large and small scale premieres, screen talks and photocalls as directed by the LFF team
  • Maintain reports and other documents as requested by members of the team
  • Handle press RSVPs for key media events throughout the course of the festival
  • Become familiar with industry outlets and journalists
  • Gain a deeper understanding of the film industry
