Job Summary

Own and evolve a locally relevant health and social care curriculum that aligns with learner needs and the team’s capabilities, delivering practical pathways into frontline services.

  • Curriculum Design and Alignment: shape content to reflect local health and social care needs and staff qualifications.
  • Community-Focused Delivery: tailor learning to meet community realities and opportunities.
  • Collaborative Curriculum Stewardship: partner with colleagues to maintain high, consistent instructional quality.

Responsibilities

  • We will work with you to ensure that the curriculum that you deliver is in line with your skills, qualifications and experience.
  • Design and implement a curriculum that truly meets the needs of our local communities

Requirements

  • Qualified health and social care professional
  • Willingness to achieve a teaching qualification through our teacher development programme
  • Teaching background preferred or willingness to develop one
  • Able to work 22.5 - 37 hours per week / permanent & temporary roles available
  • On-site role in Kings Lynn
