Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead Content Architect: own content strategy across consumer and customer audiences and align with business OKRs.
AI Content Architecture & Engine Ops: run an AI-enabled content production system with briefs, drafting, QA and measurement, integrating Contentful workflows and Amplitude-driven decisions.
Video & Multi-Format Content: design AI-assisted video workflows, toolchain, briefs and QA for consistent publishable video cadence.
Governance, Quality & AEO: own AI content governance, brand voice compliance, legal guardrails and citation strategy for AI-enabled property conversations.
Content Performance & Audience Journeys: measure content impact with product and PM collaboration, mapping content to on-site funnel from high-intent movers to homeowners.
Brand Voice Guardianship & Messaging Framework: ensure Zoopla sounds like itself in AI outputs and operationalize tone and prompts across assets.

Requirements

A proven track record (6+ years) in content strategy or editorial leadership with at least 12 months building AI-powered content systems, ideally at scale consumer brand.
Audience-led and commercially literate with ability to read on-site funnel data and hold senior stakeholders to account.
Brand voice guardian and systems engineer who designs workflows, prompts, governance and measurement, not just content.
Deep AI fluency with structured prompts, brand voice fine-tuning, multi-step workflows and tool selection (Contentful, Amplitude, Claude/ChatGPT, etc.).
Natural teacher who enables others and scales operations while guiding the team through an AI-enabled journey.
