Responsibilities

• Manage social content across multiple client accounts
• Come up with TikTok, Reels and short-form content ideas
• Spot trends and understand why content performs
• Edit social-first content using CapCut and Canva
• Write hooks, captions and on-screen copy
• Manage content calendars, deadlines and posting schedules
• Keep client accounts and internal systems organised
• Track performance and use it to improve content
• Work closely with the founders on ideas, strategy and creative direction
• Attend client shoots, content days and occasional in-person team workdays

Requirements

• Is genuinely obsessed with social media and internet culture
• Is extremely organised and good at juggling multiple priorities
• Takes ownership and doesn’t need to be constantly chased
• Loves solving problems and finding a way forward
• Communicates clearly and asks questions when they need to
• Comes with ideas and solutions, not just problems
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Can follow a brief accurately while still thinking creatively
• Is confident editing short-form video
• Is proficient in CapCut and Canva
