Job Description
Responsibilities
- As Junior SEO Executive, you'll support the planning, implementation and optimisation of SEO activity, helping to improve organic search performance and enhance the customer journey
- Conducting keyword research and identifying opportunities to improve organic visibility
- Supporting content optimisation and on page SEO activity
- Working closely with content teams to develop SEO focused content ideas
- Uploading and maintaining content through the CMS
- Assisting with outreach activity to build relationships with publishers, bloggers and influencers
- Supporting optimisation of product and service pages
- Monitoring SEO performance and competitor activity
- Producing regular reports, insights and recommendations
- Keeping up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates and industry best practice
Requirements
- Strong interest in SEO and digital marketing
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Preferred
- Understanding of SEO principles and search engine best practices
- Experience using content management systems (CMS)
- Knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Previous marketing, digital or content experience through work, education or internships
