Responsibilities

• You will capturing video and photography across live events, brand activations, client shoots, PR moments, and behind the scenes content.
• You will shoot on the day and edit afterwards, working to the briefs assigned to you.
• Event coverage (motorsport, expos, conferences, hospitality, lifestyle)
• Client brand shoots (automotive, retail, property, professional services)
• Short form social content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Behind the scenes and fly on the wall capture
• PR coverage for media use
• Product and lifestyle photography

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in video and photography work.
• A portfolio or showreel that shows your range, quality, and editing style
• Confident shooting in mixed lighting, fast moving environments, and client facing settings
• Solid editing skills in your software of choice (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent)
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently to a brief
• Video: Phone capture is fine, provided you shoot in raw or pro settings and edit to a high standard. If you have a dedicated DSLR video camera, even better.
• Photography: A proper camera is required. Mirrorless or DSLR with appropriate lenses and audio capture for any video work you do on it.
• Editing setup capable of handling 4K footage
• Reliable storage and a sensible workflow for backing up client files
• A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (preferred)

• If you have marketing, PR, or event exprience, this will help if and when the role develops to more than content
