Job Summary

Own the influencer and developing-talent strategy and build a long-term ambassador pipeline aligned to priority audiences and KPIs.

Influencer & Developing Talent Strategy: design and govern ongoing programs and relationships
Talent Pipeline & KPI Tracking: identify long-term partners and measure against agreed metrics
Cross-Functional Collaboration: facilitate micro and nano influencer projects with the Social team and Stem Cell Register team

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of the influencer and ‘developing talent’ strategy
Build and steward a pipeline of influencers, creators and developing talent aligned to priority audiences and goals
Identify individuals with long-term ambassador potential (not one-off engagement)
Establish and nurture authentic, values-led relationships with developing talent and their representatives
Act as a cross-functional project team facilitator in our separate approach to Micro and Nano influencers, working closely with Social team, Anthony Nolan Stem Cell Register team
Track performance against agreed KPIs
