Own end-to-end influencer strategy and execution for a beauty/skincare D2C brand, driving full-funnel partnerships with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, nurturing creator relationships, and coordinating cross-channel programs to maximize reach, ROI, and authentic brand storytelling.

Influencer Strategy & Activation: Develop and lead campaigns from briefing through reporting across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Creator Relationships & Content: Build a high-impact roster, negotiate partnerships, and guide gifting/seed programs to drive shareable content.
Cross-Channel Measurement & Optimization: Align with social/content/CRM/paid teams, track KPIs, and optimize future activity for stronger ROI.
