Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing staff, ensuring all paperwork and compliance records are up to date.
• Manage and record staff absences and holiday requests.
• Help organize internal staff events, wellness initiatives, and professional development programs.
• Maintain confidential employee records and undertake all general HR administrative duties.
• Oversee the firm’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and work with our Trainees and Apprentices to create engaging content, firm news, and legal insights.
• Support the planning and execution of firm events, webinars, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and professional networking sites.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law and recruitment practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design or scheduling tools (e.g., Canva).
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
