Our cross-divisional model ensures smooth, well-planned transitions, empowering young people with the confidence, skills and resilience they need for adulthood.Therapeutic practice is embedded across all our services, enabling us to respond to each young person’s individual needs with understanding, compassion, and care. Many of the young people we support have encountered significant challenges, including trauma, care placement breakdowns, and barriers to education. Some may have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, ADHD, ASC, or Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN).With our dedicated care, support, and specialist education, young people feel safe, build strong support networks, enjoy positive childhood experiences, and are empowered to achieve bright and successful futures.
