Responsibilities

Own blended CAC, MER, and contribution margin per new customer across every channel
Build and maintain the growth data model yourself in BigQuery and spreadsheets. This is not oversight of someone else's reporting
Audit contractor reporting against your own numbers, every month
Direct and hold to account the email and SMS agency, the Meta and TikTok buyer, and the Google Ads and SEO contractors
Run Reddit and AppLovin personally, plus any new channel we test
Build the creator program end to end: recruitment, contracts, briefs, commission structure, payouts, and performance tracking
Turn on the TikTok Shop Affiliate marketplace so creators apply to us rather than us chasing them
Run the Meta side of the creator program as licensed UGC with usage rights, not commission
Report creator performance the way you report a paid channel: cost per posted video, creator-driven GMV, and repeat posting rate
Decide budget allocation across the whole mix and defend the reasoning with data

Requirements

4-6 years in growth or paid acquisition at a DTC or e-commerce brand, with real hands in ad accounts
SQL. You write your own queries against a warehouse. This is a hard requirement and we will test it
You have personally managed at least € 500K in annual media spend
You build financial models from scratch rather than filling in templates
You have managed agencies or specialist contractors and made them better, not just paid them
You have launched a channel from zero. TikTok Shop, Amazon, a new market, a new platform. We want to hear what broke
You read a P&L and can explain why a profitable ROAS was still a bad month
Written English strong enough to argue a position in a document

TikTok Shop Affiliate marketplace, Seller Center, and commission mechanics
Running a creator, affiliate, or ambassador program at scale
Reddit Ads or a mobile network like AppLovin
Footwear, apparel, or any category with size and inventory complexity
