  • Drive delivery end to end; keeping campaigns on track, removing blockers, and stepping in hands-on where needed to hit deadlines and quality.
  • Own the numbers; track performance against KPIs such as registrations, MQLs and MQL-to-SQL conversion, and adjust activity to improve results.
  • Raise the bar; bring marketing best practice into the teams, introduce better ways of working, and share what works across brands to standardise the approach.
  • Oversee the partnerships that support our events and brands, including media partners, associations, affiliates and speaker advocacy.
  • Work with the Sales team so that campaigns support commercial goals and convert leads effectively.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of planning and delivering integrated, multichannel campaigns that hit their targets.
  • Someone hands-on and proactive, a self-starter who is comfortable owning delivery and running several campaigns at once.
  • A great people leader, coach and mentor. Someone who enjoys supporting and enabling the development of others.
  • Strong at working across teams and influencing others, ideally within a matrix structure.
  • A best-practice mindset, you bring experience and ideas that lift standards across the team. Setting the bar for quality, expectations and deliverables.
  • Comfortable with data and performance, you set KPIs, track them, and act on what they tell you.
