Own a full end-to-end growth engine that links paid acquisition to a data-driven CRM program, with ROI as the North Star.

Growth Ownership: own the paid, affiliate, and CRM levers and allocate budgets to maximize LTV and payback
Analytics & Compliance: build CPA/LTV:CAC models and ensure campaigns stay compliant in regulated markets
Data & AI enablement: partner with Engineering/Data on retention modeling and AI-driven optimization

Own growth end-to-end: from first paid impression through to the CRM programme that keeps players returning
Manage the marketing budget, set channel strategy, and be accountable for metrics like CPA, LTV, retention, and payback
Collaborate with Head of Engineering and Head of Data; ensure campaigns and bonuses are compliant
Lead three levers (paid acquisition, affiliate partnerships, CRM) and decide budget allocations and ROI
Own the CRM programme end-to-end: automated journeys, reactivation campaigns, bonus strategy, segmentation
Set channel strategy and start spend across paid search, paid social, affiliates, and SEO; use agencies for execution when needed
In the first 90 days: understand current state with Head of Data & CEO, assess affiliates, CRM, and set direction
In the year after: own paid acquisition program, build affiliate network, run CRM program, work with data to build retention models, and explore AI-enabled optimization
Report clearly to the CEO on ROI; focus on metrics that connect spend to revenue

Analytically sharp and data-driven; able to build CPA model in a spreadsheet and determine healthy LTV:CAC ratio
Channel fluency in paid search, paid social, and affiliate networks; able to structure deals and hold partners accountable
Commercially accountable mindset; comfortable owning a payback period target and explaining variance
Compliance awareness from working in or adjacent to regulated industries (gambling/financial services)
AI-active; actively using AI tools in growth work for creative testing, automation, or personalization
Hands-on, lean-team capability; ability to build the thing rather than manage others
Owned a paid acquisition budget before; provide specifics on budget, spend, and returns on arrival and later
Built or significantly grown an affiliate programme; metrics on partners, deal structures, and total contribution to acquisition
Ran CRM campaigns (lifecycle, reactivation) with clear view on segmentation logic
Self-sufficiency in analytics; SQL is a bonus; ability to ask the right questions and work with output
Experience in or adjacent to a regulated consumer industry and knowledge of responsible promotions
Direct experience using AI in growth work with tangible results
